Pete Kwiatkowski is the Managing Director of Asset Performance Networks Asia Pacific, leading the company’s office in Singapore. Pete joined the company after serving as an officer in the U.S. Navy. Throughout his time with AP-Networks, he has been instrumental in helping clients achieve strong outcomes in capital project and turnaround integration. In his current role, Pete shares responsibility for the development and growth of the company’s presence in the Asia Pacific region.
As a part of AP-Networks, Pete has focused on the integration between capital projects and turnarounds, working to facilitate shared understanding of how the two areas relate, and helping teams to align planning efforts and create cohesive scope. Pete has worked with clients throughout all stages of the capital project and turnaround life cycles, and consulted on several Mega Complexity events. Additionally, he worked on the development of a comprehensive digital onboarding guidebook for new turnaround employees, complete with video training modules.
During his career in the U.S. Navy, Pete gained extensive experience working in ship engineering plant operations, managing personnel and contractors, and coordinating large-scale plans. He has served on a variety of platforms at sea and on shore, with an emphasis on operations and planning.
Pete holds a bachelor’s degree in Biological Engineering with a minor in Biomedical Technology from Cornell University.
