AJ Kowaleuski is a Consultant with Asset Performance Networks, based out of the company’s office in Houston, Texas. AJ joined the company after serving as a Captain, Field Artillery Officer in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he gained experience leading large-scale training efforts and coordinating multinational exercises and communications. Throughout his career, AJ has honed his ability to assess complex challenges and devise clear solutions.

Prior to joining AP-Networks, AJ tackled critical responsibilities as an Aide-de-Camp, managing information flow, logistics, scheduling, and communication for a 50,000-person Marine Expeditionary Force. This role saw AJ facilitate information flow during a multinational service-level exercise, an exercise that resulted in increased operability of the Joint Strike Fighter Program.

As a Battery Commander, AJ led a 256-person headquarters battery responsible for managing and coordinating training for four firing batteries. In addition to maintaining combat readiness in all events, AJ developed and led implementation of standard operating procedures. In developing these procedures, AJ identified and corrected inefficiencies to decrease setup and breakdown time by half.

AJ holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy. Throughout his career with the US Marine Corps, AJ’s efforts earned him several commendations, including a Medal of Commendation for his efforts as a Battery Commander and Aide-de-Camp.
